Stainless Steel Load Sensors
While the majority of manufacturers use nickel-plated load cells, we manufacture our own weigh sensors from heat-treated stainless steel. This means our load cells have significantly better overload protection, moisture protection, corrosion resistance and durability under all industrial and weather conditions.
Heavy Duty Protective Housing
Built for tough industrial environments, our massive load sensors are sheltered inside an extremely durable housing that is manufactured from a highly visible, solid red, resilient polyurethane and aluminum alloy.
Compared with the sheet metal or cast housing commonly used by other manufacturers, our crane scales offer better corrosion resistance, accuracy, and durability that add years of additional useful life.
High Capacity and Resolution
To achieve the most accurate measurements possible, you should choose a maximum capacity that’s higher than, but as close as possible, to your heaviest load. We offer a range of capacities with three standard models:
• ARC-2500: With a maximum capacity of 2,500 lbs., this scale offers a resolution of 0.5 lb.
• ARC-5000: Has a maximum capacity of 5,000 lb. and a 1 lb. resolution
• ARC-10000: Has an astounding maximum capacity of 10,000 lbs. with a 2 lb. resolution

Easy to Use
Available with a variety of optional swivel shackles and hooks, it’s easy to find the setup that will help you get the job done quickly, safely and accurately.
One popular configuration includes our durable welded steel shackle ring and J-hook, which is used to attach and weigh the load. A pivot can also be incorporated into the J-hook design to increase range and ease of loading. A heavy-duty safety catch across the opening of the hook secures the load.
Distance Reading
A large digital LCD display features 1 inch tall graphic numbers, which makes the display easy to read at a distance or from any angle to improve time, effort and efficiency.
Wireless Data Transfer
A USB flash drive can be incorporated into the design of your hanging scale, which will record weight along with time, date, group and item information. To view or share the data, simply remove the USB device and plug it into a workstation PC. The data will automatically be viewable in an easy-to-read Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
