What is the Arlyn UpScale Digital Weight Indicator?
The Arlyn UpScale is a digital, touch screen indicator that you can add to any of your Arlyn industrial scales. This indicator is easy to read and use with its color touchscreen display, visually driven interface, and swivel bracket.

Control Access to Your Industrial Scales
The User Table is where you can add, edit, and delete scale users. To access this table, you will want to start at the Quick Action Menu and go to “Settings”, “System”, and then “User Management”. Here you will see the usernames, emails, roles, and activation status of every user. The “Active” field is where you can see if the user has access to the scale or not.
At the top of the table, you will see a “Current User”, which is the user who is currently logged in. You will also see a “Require Login” checkbox. Marking this box will force a Login Dialog to pop up at every reboot.
Adding, Editing, and Removing Users
Editing the user table is easy and intuitive. The plus symbol (+) at the top is where you can add new users to the scale. In the dialog box that appears, enter the username, password, email(s), and role for this user. By checking the “Active” field, you give the user access to this scale.
Unchecking the field will lock the user out. To edit existing users, simply press the user record you want to edit. To delete a user or multiple users, press and hold a single user record. If you want to delete multiple users, you will be able to select other users from here. Once you have them all selected, click the trash icon to delete them.
Audits and Tracking Users
When combined with the digital outputs available on your scale, the User Management system can track scale usage. The user you want information on must be logged in. You will be able to print information about what date and time the user was logged in and the weighing data recorded at that timestamp.
