Legacy Scale Support
The following scale Product Manuals are for customers with scales equipped with older MKE-5 Indicator (pre-2007 and pre-2017). To find out which version to use, reboot your MKE-5 indicator. At the time when the Arlyn Logo is shown, look at the bottom right corner of the screen. The firmware version is shown as R6.xxx or R5.xxx. Download the manual/software corresponding to your firmware version.
If your MKE-5 indicator has the new firmware version R12.xxx, or if you have the Arlyn UpScale indicator, please go to Product Manuals & Specification Sheets page. Please call (800) 645-4301 for further support.

Some of these software downloads (especially the R5.xx ones) will only work in Windows XP, and to an extent Windows 7. They are not compatible with Windows 8 and later. However, some customers have been able to get these downloads working on later versions of Windows.
